Shipping is calculated at a flat rate of $9.50 per order Australia wide. All parcels are securely packaged for maximum protection during transit in clean recycled packaging/boxes and/or high grade bubble wrap.
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of order and payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
We use a number of carriers for our deliveries among those being Australia Post, TNT, and Fastway. A signature may be required for some deliveries so a street address is preferred. If there is no one to accept the parcel a calling card may be left at the premises. In this case, please contact the carrier on the number on the card to arrange redelivery. No extra delivery charges will be incurred.
Parcels can also be sent to a work address.
All parcels are shipped with tracking for peace of mind. We keep records of tracking numbers and can supply these on request. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number should you require your tracking details. You can also log into your account at any time for shipping updates.
International buyers are to contact us for a postage quote with the name of the product in question prior to purchase.
International buyers are also welcome to purchase for family and friends living in Australia.

Returns are accepted for change of mind. The items however must be returned in their original, unopened condition and with the original packaging, as sent to you, and must be sent via Registered Post (for proof of posting). Return delivery costs are not refundable.
We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been assembled, used, opened or damaged in any way. Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will issue a refund via your original payment method used.
